Bookings made through third-party platforms (Airbnb, Expedia, Hotels.com) follow their respective cancellation policies. Travel insurance is available through Travel Guardian.
Standard Bookings
50% due within 24 hours of booking (refundable up to 30 days before check-in). Remaining 50% due 14 days before check-in.
Short-Notice Bookings (Under 15 Days)
Full payment due immediately, or split equally across two payments.
Group Bookings (5+ Cabins)
Second payment due 30 days before check-in.
Pets are not permitted at Stardust Big Bend.
Unauthorized pets will incur a minimum $199 pet cleaning fee in addition to any charges for damage. Note that Big Bend National Park also prohibits pets on trails and waterways.
Local pet sitters are available at reasonable rates. Contact us and we can share recommendations.
Stardust Big Bend assumes no liability for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, government shutdowns, road closures, or natural disasters. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all bookings. See our full booking terms for complete details.
