Privacy Policy

The Short Version

We collect only what we need to host you: your contact details when you book, message us, or join the waitlist, and basic anonymous analytics about how the site is used. Your card number never touches our servers. We never sell your information, and we only share it with the services that make your stay happen. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

What We Collect, and Why

Who We Share It With

We never sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that run our business, and only what each one needs:

• Guesty — our reservation system, which stores your booking and sends your confirmation email and stay-related messages.
• GuestyPay — our payment processor, which handles your card securely.
• Email and text-message providers — to deliver contact-form replies and waitlist alerts you asked for.
• Hosting and analytics providers — Vercel (hosting and aggregate analytics) and Google Analytics (site-usage statistics).

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our guests, staff, or property.

Text Messages

We only text you if you've opted in — for example, checking the waitlist's "text me" box, or messages related to a reservation you hold. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, and we honor it immediately.

How Long We Keep It

• Reservations — kept in our reservation system for as long as we need them for bookkeeping, taxes, and guest history.
• Waitlist entries — deleted automatically about 30 days after your requested dates pass, or immediately when you unsubscribe.
• Contact messages — kept in our inbox as long as we need them to help you.
• Analytics and security logs — anonymous or short-lived; our application logs deliberately avoid storing full email addresses, phone numbers, or card data.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use Google Analytics cookies to understand site usage, and a small amount of browser storage for functional things like your random session ID and remembering your search. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings — the site will still work.

Security

The entire site runs over HTTPS. Card details are handled exclusively by our PCI-compliant payment processor. We collect the minimum information we need, restrict who can access it, and keep personal details out of our logs. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information the way we'd want ours treated.

Your Choices

• Every waitlist email and text includes a one-click unsubscribe.
• You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email us (below) or call, and we'll take care of it. We may need to keep booking records the law requires us to keep.
• Our site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Visiting From Outside the US?

We're a Texas business and this site is operated from the United States, so your information is processed and stored in the US. If you're visiting from the EU, UK, or a place with similar privacy laws, here's where we stand:

• We process booking information because it's necessary to perform your reservation contract; waitlist and text alerts only because you asked for them (consent — withdrawable anytime via the one-click unsubscribe); and security measures like rate limiting in our legitimate interest of keeping the site safe.
• For visitors from the European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland, our analytics run in cookieless mode— no analytics cookies are set on your device at all. That's why you won't see a cookie consent banner here: there's nothing to consent to.
• The rights described under "Your Choices" — access, correction, and deletion — are available to every guest, wherever you live. Just call or email us.

Changes to This Policy

If our practices change, we'll update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will be noted here before they take effect.
